This ranch style home is within walking distance of the quaint downtown Dunedin, two blocks from the water, backs up to the Pinellas trail and one block from the training camp for the Toronto Blue Jays.  It rents by the week and is $1200 plus a $500 security deposit. I can rent it for longer periods if you need more time.  It is close the golf, beaches and shopping. Let me know what your needs are and we can work it out.  Perfect for two couples to share. One bed is a king, one queen and two twins.

The house has hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen, The dining, halls and one bedroom are tile and the other bedrooms have carpet.  There is a large lanai that covers the pool with plenty of seating, a barbeque and table and chairs.

You are close to all Florida has to offer.  Three miles to Clearwater Beach, about the same to the Dunedin Beach, Honeymoon Island, golf, and all that Dunedin offers in the downtown area.

The base rate is 1000 a week for 4 people and increases for extra guests or if you want the pool heated in the winter months.
