shopping outlets.  Large deck with great views.  This is the place

Note: Holiday weekends are three night minimum charge.  New Year's Weekend is $2,700 and optionally

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Minimum Stay 3 nights for peak season (Jan&Feb) weekends; 2 nights 
other times.
$80 per stay cleaning Fee
$40 per stay linen Fee (waived if you use your own linens)
$500 Security Deposit (refunded after inspection)
You must have pre-approval for any pets or Security Deposit will be 
forfeited. Only non-shedding small dogs will be considered (pet fee 
applies).
Weekly rentals require a sequential Friday and Saturday booking.
Monthly Rentals are plus utilities Costs.
Checkin after 3:00PM.  Checkout 11:00AM.
