Quaint and Cozy Beach Cottage  1 1/2 blocks to white sandy beach  and the Gulf of Mexico.  Within minutes to casino row, shopping, restaurants, water/slide theme park, miniature golf, championship golf courses.

Recently remodeled.  2 twin beds, 1 king bed with Tempurpedic mattress, den can accommodate two queen blow up mattress for the kids or use as a computer/reading room.  This is a smoke free home, however, smoking is allowed on the screened front porch or in the fenced back yard.  The cottage is cable ready, with 3 TV's, DVD players, and wireless internet.  Bar-B-Que grill provided for your pleasure.  Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, full size refrigerator and dishwasher.

Beach rentals along the beach include chairs, jet skiing, parasailing.  Miniature golf and go cart ride two blocks away.  Fenced play-ground for the kids 1 block away.  Just 3 miles away is the Beau Rivage, Hard Rock and a few miles further east is Isle of Capri, Biloxi Grand.  A must for a Sunday Buffet is Boomtown, also the seafood buffet Friday and Saturday nites.  Its a local favorite.  Your simply 1 1/2 hours away from New Orleans, and 1 hr away from historic Mobile.  This cottage is located conveniently to beach dining, shopping, fenced in playground for the little one, goofygolf and go-carts for the older ones.  Also of interest to some is Keesler Air Force base.  Eight blocks one way gets to the South Gate, while 3 blocks north the west gate.  The water park in Gulfport is 20 minutes away, while the outlet mall in Gulfport is 15 minutes away.  Ocean Springs is across the bridge for sidewalk dining and shopping.

December - Mar  $1500 month      Apr - May  $85 nite + clean fee 3 NITE MIN  $550 weekly + clean

Holiday & Special Events Rates will apply     Forfeit Deposit  less than 14 days notice-more than, 1/2 deposit refunded.   $100 deposit to reserve, deposit refunded within 5 days of departure.  Balance of rental rate due 14 days prior to arrival.
