This beautiful original Lago Colony home has been recently renovated. From the front porch there is a beautiful view of the ocean and on a very clear day also the mountains of Venezuela. Also often very beautiful sunset views from the front porch.

Walk 3 Minutes to Rodger's Beach!

4 bedroom home with living room, dining room, game area, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms.Hardwood floors throughout the home and tiled bathrooms. The 2 south bedrooms each have a king size bed. The northeast bedroom has two single beds. The fourth bedroom, in north west corner of the home is smaller, has a twin trundle bed, and a chest with the beach towels.  There are air conditioning units in all bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living area.

There is a spacious living, dining and separate seating area, a game area with Playstation and X-box for your enjoyment adjacent to the dining area; also a bookcase with lots of books, please enjoy and if you decide to take one, please leave another one behind! The sofa bed in game area opens up to queen size bed.

Covered porch/gazebo with outside seating in front of the home. Washer and dryer are outside in the wash shed, and clothes lines in back yard. Outside shower by the rear entrance. There is an enclosed private back yard.

There is wifi in the home, for use with your laptop! There is a B+W Laser printer with wireless access from your laptop for your convenience to print your boarding passes.

This location is ideal for families and friends who want to spend time in Aruba and near the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel area's. There is swimming and sunbathing at Rodgers Beach, scuba and snorkeling nearby at Baby Beach and the Baby Beach lagoon is great for small kids as it is very shallow. There is a grocery store very close by and the kitchen has all you need to cook and provide for a family. Hiking at nearby Colorado Point and Ceru Culebra is great as is walking along the beach to collect shells at Grapefield Beach. For more information please see our website noted above.
