Unit is a large one bedroom with two queen beds in one bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Condo is completely furnished and offers all the amenities and comforts you have at home. Full size and fully equipped kitchen makes this unit ideal for vacations or weekend retreats. Plenty of towels and bed linens are provided for your use. Also, a variety of sand toys for the kids or the young at heart.
Telephone and 70+ cable channel TVs are provided in the living room and bedroom, along with free Wi-Fi internet access. Large private patio with a raised deck is perfect for viewing California sunsets. Guests are provided with gated parking, (1 reserved parking spot in front of unit), laundry facilities and a recreation room. In addition, all guests have access to the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gas BBQs and picnic facilities. All amenities are open year-round.
