Located on Lake Ossipee, Lakes Region of New Hampshire we are approximately 125 miles from Boston, MA and 23 miles to North Conway, NH.  This large, spacious, romantic, waterfront townhouse offers spectacular views of the Lake Ossipee and mountains.  A private beach just steps from your back door.  Another plus to this romantic atmosphere is a stap off your patio into a beautiful, quiet side garden area to relax and enjoy nature in the great outdoors of the White Mountains lakes region.  A finished loft with a view of the lake provides a secluded hide-a-way with an intimate, cozy atmosphere.  This four-level, end unit townhouse is very clean, uniquely designed with all the essentials, and much more.  Family fun awaits.

We offer a full private kitchen privileges and appliances, with microwave, coffee pot, toaster, ice maker, dishwasher, cooking utensiles, pots and pans, dinneerware and flatware.  We feature a gas BBQ grill and table on your private patio and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful lake and mountain views.  We provide beach chairs. We are a quiet end unit, very clean, No Smoking and No Pets allowed. There is WIFI and cellphone wireless access and you must bring your own PC and cell phone equipment.  We are a family oriented, child friendly condomunium association.  Please note we are handicap and wheelchair Inaccessible.

Winter Rates:  $1500 wk (Dec 1 - May 15) Holiday/Vacation Rates: $1650 wk 

Summer rates :  $1650 wk (May 15-Sep 30)

Fall Rates: $1500 wk (Oct 1 - Nov 30)  

Peak season: $1650 wk (May 15-Sep 30)

Security & Cleaning Deposit is $300.   Subject to NH rental tax

Check-In is 4pm     Check-Out is 11am    Saturday to Saturday
