The Grand Luxxe 2BR Master Villa contains about 3,000 square feet of living space and accommodates up to 4 adults plus 2 children under age 12. It may be used as a whole or can be split into a 1BR Villa and an adjacent 1BR Junior Villa, each with its own private entrance and a lockable connecting door between them.

The 1BR Villa has a private bedroom and master bath, a half bath off of the main living area, a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The exceptionally large teakwood-floored balcony wraps around the entire unit and includes a large private dipping pool, dining table and chairs, sofa and ottoman, and lounge chairs. This unit contains 1,800 square feet of living space and accommodates up to 4 adults.

The 1BR Junior Villa has a private bedroom and bathroom, plus a living room with kitchenette including a microwave oven and mini-refrigerator. The living room doubles as an extra bedroom, especially when the 2BR Master Villa is used as a whole. Both the bedroom and living room each have their own teakwood-floored balconies and chairs. This unit contains 1,200 square feet of living space and accommodates up to 4 adults.
