This riverfront home offers stunning views of the Alsea River and a 5 minute drive to miles of sandy beach!

The home offers a master bedroom with a queen bed on the lower level along with a full bathroom and a spacious kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers stunning river views to inspire the chef! The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 more chairs at the island.

The upper level of the home features a large 60" flat screen TV with cable TV, a DVD player and a gaming system so it is the perfect spot for entertaining. There is also a foosball table that provides hours of entertainment for kids and adults alike. The loft area has great views of the river from every angle with a telescope that is great for wildlife spotting. There is a queen sized convertible futon in the loft as well. The upstairs bedroom features a bunk bed with a full bed on bottom and a twin on top. The upper level also has a separate lounge room with a TV and DVD player that is a good place to sneak away and read or watch a movie.

The house also offers a covered picnic area that is perfect for a BBQ. There is a gas grill and a picnic table that provide all you need to sit by the river and enjoy the fresh air.

Waldport is a hidden gem that boasts a variety of activities and scenery from sandy beaches with seals to the river and bay for crabbing and fishing. The house is close to Newport to explore the aquarium or Rogue Brewery or you can head south to check out the Sea Lion Caves or sand dunes. Waldport is at the heart of it all as the forest meets where the river, bay and ocean all converge.
