This beautiful new beach house sits on a creek overlooking a pond in the peaceful Nedonna Beach area of Rockaway Beach!

The home features a grand living room with high ceilings and all new furnishings. There is a spectacular kitchen with granite counter tops and all of the supplies you need for a perfect meal. There is a large round dining table that comfortably seats 8 as well. The living room comes with a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player and there is wireless internet access to make working while you are away a breeze.

There are four large bedrooms including an exquisite master suite with a king bed and a jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed so it is situated for a second couple. The third bedroom has two twin beds and the fourth has one twin bed so they are geared toward children but comfortable for an adult or teenager as well.

The deck on the back of the house features an electric grill that is quick and easy to use and there is a firepit that is a great place for roasting marshmallows and creating beach memories that will last a life time. The house backs to a preserved pond and creek area that attract a variety of birds and wildlife and there is a fishing pond that is open to the public in Nedonna Beach as well that is stocked with trout and bass.

Nedonna Beach has a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach that is not as crowded as the rest of the beaches in Rockaway but it is still convenient to restaurants and shops in town. You can easily take in a deep sea fishing charter or rent a small crabbing boat to take the family on a fun adventure at sea.
