suite offers views of the lake, queen bed, and large private bath with 
seperate shower and toilet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds, 
with a twin trundle pullout.  In the back office is a full size futon.  The house can sleep 9 
depending on privacy needs.

Great golf courses at Lakewood Ranch Home amenities include lanai, 
pool/hot tub, gas grill, outdoor covered dining area, den/office area with printer/fax, and fully 
equipped kitchen. Laundry room, iron, ironing board. Family room equipped with cable tv and 
cd/dvd/stereo system. 3 car garage.

Activities and Attractions

Sarasota has plenty to offer. Great shopping can be found at St. 
Armand's Circle and Lakewood Ranch Main St. The Ringling Museum is 5 
miles away. Golf is plentiful. Beaches are nearby, including Siesta 
Key (ranked in the top 10 in the U.S.) as well as Lido Key. Sarasota 
is a cultural mecca and options include the Van Weizel Performing 
Arts Center with shows and events all season. Children can enjoy mini 
golf and zoo nearby. Shelby Botantical gardens in downtownarea. Great 
restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3500-$5000/month through 10/08. Rates for 2009 are $4000-$5500.Plus 10% sales and room tax.Weekly 
rates available.This beautiful home can be rented a month at a time 
or longer. Monthly rates vary and longer stays will be discounted.  
Booking policy:  50% deposit plus security deposit required.  
Remainder due two months prior to arrival. Cancellation policy:  
deposits will be refunded when the property is re-rented at the same 
rate and dates. $500 security deposit required and cleaning fee of 
$240. This is a Non-smoking property.  Loss of security deposit if it 
is determined smoking occurred in home.
