Sonia’s Villa is a NEW plush (MOST BEAUTIFUL) home located in the exclusive new gated community of Aviana Resort, Davenport, Orlando Florida; minutes to I-4 Interstate. Our luxurious, MOST BEAUTIFUL  villa in the area features 6 elegant master bedrooms with 5.5 baths. One master king bedroom is located on the ground floor with garden tub/shower. All bedrooms have 32” flat screen TVs/Cable, DVD/CD players and alarm clocks.

To provide on site entertainment, we have transformed the garage into a games room with an 8 foot pool table, foosball table, 32 inch flat screen TV with cable, DVD/CD Player, and an XBOX 360 Nintendo console. So bring your games and play. A table and chairs are also provided for your comfort.

A Computer is provided Upstairs with FREE Internet Service for Computer users. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the home and pool area, along with free local and long distance calling in North America and Canada.

This Villa sleeps 14 persons. Therefore, families, friends or large groups can take advantage of a cost effective alternative to staying in hotels, condos, or other highly expensive Florida vacation accommodations. Sonia’s villa is the place to stay.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen by cooking your favorite delicacies at your own leisure with your choice of formal or informal dining areas.  Sonia’s Villa also caters to the little ones by providing a high chair, pack and play, and a stroller. For your convenience large capacity high efficiency washer and dryer are provided, along with washing detergent to assist in making your stay comfortable. Our villa offers a unique vacation that includes delightful amenities and one of the best luxurious living found in Orlando. You can relax after a hectic day in the comfortable surroundings of the family room complete with a 46 inch Flat Screen TV with surround sound and Blu ray stereo system, including free cable. From the family room, you can walk directly into the pool and lanai area. Come enjoy the huge covered lanai and pool deck, take a refreshing swim in the private pool or de-stress and meditate in the spa. The pool deck is equipped with 4 lounge chairs for sunbathing and 2 tables and 8 chairs to accommodate everyone.

Nightly Rate:
    US$140 - US$210

Booking Deposit of $250.00 is non-refundable, but deducted from your balance which is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit of $250.00 is fully refundable after 7 days if there is no damage to the property. You can opt for Property Damage Protection at a cost of $50 per booking, which is non-refundable.
   
Optional Pool and Spa Heat $25 / per day ( October to May).

Cleaning Fee of $120 is applicable to Short Stays of (less than 7 nights).

Barbecue gas grill is available for rent upon request at a cost of $55 per week.
