has 4 bedrooms, 1 queen, 2 fulls and a twin. Living room, dining
room, kitchen Both units have washer/dryers, and decks with gas
grills.

2nd floor has dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill for outdoor
cooking, fully applianced and full kitchenware.
1st floor has fully applianced kitchen and all kitchenware. Also
included washer and dryer.
Gas grills have propane, no need to bring your own.
The only thing we ask all renters is that the apartment is left
cleaned.

Swimming, Boating, Snorkeling, Boardwalk, Childrens Games, Miniture
Golf, Fireworks on Every Wednesday evening during the summer. Deep
Sea Fishing, Parasailing. Walk to all sorts of restaurants and pubs.
Great place for young adults - have them bring a friend with them,
makes your vacation more relaxing. Trolleys, shopping nearby, water
park just a short drive, etc, etc, etc.

A deposit of $300 is required when week is confirmed available.
Balance is due prior to 60 days of the rental period.
If cancelled less than 60 days prior to renting, deposit will be
forfeited unless we find a replacement.
