Extensive renovations include brand new kitchen with high-end appliances, wall-mounted flat screen televisions throughout and cathedral ceilings, which combine to make this home sunny, airy and comfortable

French doors open from the dining room onto a large patio area in the front yard with luxury outdoor furniture. The master bedroom features French Doors opening onto a private back yard.

The second bedroom sleeps two on a luxury sleeper sofa; I can say from experience that it is more comfortable than most luxury beds.

You can walk the Marina area, explore Venice Beach, surf and swim at one of the area beaches, ride beach cruisers along the boardwalk, take the ferry from the Marina to Catalina and shop at the local Farmer's Markets :)
