Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful and airy new 3 bedroom condo is located 1 block from  
the beach and boardwalk.  Includes everything you need for a  
wonderful and relaxing vacation.  We even have a well kept pool for  
days that you are just too lazy to go to the beach. 
 
Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath. 
2nd bedroom has a full size bed. 
3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. 
Sofa has a queen size pull out bed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher,  
garbage disposal, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and microwave.   
Also for your convenience, we have a full set of dishes, silverware,  
glasses, utensils (corkscrew included!).  There is a full size dinng  
area.  
Also, if you are so inclined, there is an iron and ironing board, as  
well as a washer and dryer. Central air and ceiling fan.  Each  
bedroom has cable TV/DVD, clock radio.  The living room has a  
TV/DVD/VCR and CD player for your enjoyment. We also have a  
furnished balcony. 
 
There is a 2 car garage, and elevator. 
 
**** Please provided your own sheets, towels (beach, bath, etc), and  
paper products.

Activities and Attractions

We are located 30 minutes from Atlantic City, and 10 minutes form  
Cape May.  The wonderful Wildwood boardwalk offers fun for the whole  
family including rides, arcades, water parks, and great restuarants. 
Tennis courts and golf courses are near by.  Come down to this  
beautiful condo for sun, fun and relaxation.

Vacation Rental Rates

March 1st - May 19th:       $2000/week 
May 19th - Sept 8th:        $2100/week 
Sept 8th - Oct 31st         $1950/week 
 
We usually require an $500 security deposit. 
 
Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend  Hydrofest, 
Italian Weekend, Fireman's Weekend, Irish Weekend,  
Harley Owner's Weekend,Classic Car Show Weekend,   
 
Any 3 nights: $1195 / Any 4 nights: $1295 
 
Our condo is available for rent throughout the year for conventions  
and other off season events, such as Fab 50's Weekend, PT Cruisers  
Weekend, Barbershop Quartet Weekend, etc.
