Easy walk into Up-Town and Mid-Town Ruidoso cafe's, restaurants, shopping and night life. Quick drive to the casino, golf, and easy drive to Ski Apache (about 4 miles to turn off)

Our home has everything you need except groceries and toiletries! Free WiFi is included, two flat screen TV's with cable and DVD; one additional flat screen TV for Sony Playstation 2 wtih plenty of games provided; We provide you with plenty of clean fluffy towels, sheets, pillows; Our kitchen is well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, plenty of utencils, pots, pans, tupperware, dishes etc.  We have a gas grill outside, a picnic table; seating on the front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or a cool mountain evening. New Eight person hot tub; fire pit, foosball.

Walk to Up-Town and Mid-Town Ruidoso! Let others worry about parking, you can walk!   Championship golf closeby; Casinos about 3 miles away; Turn off to Ski Apache about 4 miles; Fun Tracks - with bumper boats, rock wall, go carts about 3 miles.

Our vacation home in lovely Ruidoso NM offers competitive rates for all seasons. We make your vacation affordable and comfortable.  Rentals can drain your budget, we do our best to make your vacation in Ruidoso affordable.

**Spring and Fall months only - If you have 4 or fewer guests and you are good with oly one bathroom, we can close off the downstairs apartment so you will have 3 bedrooms and be charged less. You will still have hot tub, laundry room, full kitchen, Playstation2 - two queen beds and two twin beds.
