Private, Safe, and Secure, we are located within a Gated Community, protected by 24 hour Security. While we are by no means remote, we are Secluded, about 3 miles north of Puerto Morelos proper. As a good friend suggests, " Having a car will make your stay more enjoyable. " Here there is no razzle dazzle, no crowds, no malls, and no shopping. There are, however, two restaurants within easy walking distance. The one next door is a very nice, reasonably priced Beach Club named Arenika ( you can look for it on the web in Mexico ), where you can dine, have drinks at their bar, or be served on the beach. They are also available for snorkeling trips to the reef. You will want to be able to access the many sites and attractions of the Riveria Maya.
We are less than 15 minutes from the Airport, 25 minutes from Cancun, and 30 minutes from Playa del Carmen.  The beaches of Puerto Morelos have become very popular with Cancun locals and are very crowed on weekends. This is a very Private and Exclusive area, with No Public Access. There are Boutique Resorts, Luxury Condos and Private Beach Front Homes on a strip of sand between the Caribbean and the giant Federally protected mangrove that covers the two miles to the mainland and the Security Gate.
The fabulous weather offers possibly 300+ Perfect Days a Year. The Turquoise Waters of the Caribbean and the second largest Coral Reef in the world, make for spectacular vistas; as well as great swimming ,snorkeling and diving. WILD LIFE abound in the mangrove.

Our guest house, of which we have only one, is situated privately within the Walls and Gardens surrounding our home and directly on the beach. It has one Large Bedroom with a King-Size Bed, US Satelite TV , with all Pemium Movie Channels.  Air Comditioning, Modern Tiled Bath and cozy Eat-In Kitchen, as well as a Private Palapa covered Lanai with hammock. Share our pool and patio area, including a Palapa Topped Gazebo by the pool with hammock. Or, enjoy our Private Beach and Swim and Snorkel in the Caribbean.
Offering the Best Domestic Water In Mexico! While you are with us enjoy reverse osmosis water from every tap in the house. Drink the water freely without concern. ( Ask other rentals about this. ) For that matter, shower in that same water and come out feeling clean with your hair feeling wonderful. Also, swim in that same water in our pool. It utilizes a chlorine generator, which will not burn your eyes or fade your bathing suit.

  • We have potable water throughout all faucets and shower by reverse osmosis. Drink right from the tap and feel comfortable and safe. In the Yucatan, no one drinks the water. In fact, the water is very high in calcium and not very nice to shower in either. Leaves you and your hair sticky. No worries we even fill he pool with reverse osmosis water.
