This is a luxury condo located in the See the Sea Condominium Complex in North Pacific Beach. One block away from restaurants and shopping . The condo overlooks the beach, the Crystal Pier and boardwalk. Great ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom and Kitchen. One large private balcony off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets .
The See the Sea Condo Complex is a quiet, no loud partying allowed condo building…a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean.
Note: I am charging less than other comparable properties with a goal to rent out the condo more often.

- June-Labor Day...................$1900-$2800/Weekly; Available only weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.
September -May...................$1000-$1800/Weekly.....$175-$400/Nightly (3 night minimum) We accept fill-ins - PayPal accepted as payment with a 3.2% extra charge and 4.2% for International payments.
Cashier's Check or Cash also accepted as a form of payment with no extra charge.
Rates already include City Rental Tax of 10.50%;
Additional $100 Cleaning Fee
$500 Refundable Security Deposit Required
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, we'll refund you your deposit less a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds for Cancellations 60 days or less to arrival.
Holidays and Special Events are subject to rate increases.
