Two year old 1,000 square foot guesthouse. Great location on Garcia
Street just south of Acequia Madre (one block from School of
American Research). Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Tile
floors throughout with radiant heat through the floors. Quiet,
upscale neighborhood. Walled back yard. If you need a reasonably
priced one bedroom casita with an office in a great location for a
working vacation in Santa Fe, this is the answer.

Kiva fireplace. Vigas in livingroom. Full kitchen with range/oven,
full sized refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher,
coffeemaker.Pots, pans, dishes, glasses all furnished. Expanded
cable television in livingroom. King bed in masterbedroom. Limited
cable tv in masterbedroom. CD player in masterbedroom. Masterbath
has separate shower and tub. Second bedroom is office with computer
with DSL and fax machine. Full futon in second bedroom. Full size
washer and dryer in hall closet. Half bath by second bedroom in
hallway. Sheets and towels, etc. all furnished. Excellent parking.
Free long distance phone calls. No extra charge for cleaning after
stay. Free weekly cleaning for stays of two weeks or longer.
DVD/VCR player. Sorry: no pets and no smoking.

$125 per night January through March and November to December 15.
$150 per night April through June. $175 per night July and August
(except Indian Market week). $150 per night September and October.
$200 per night December 16 through December 31 and Indian Market.
5 night minimum in all seasons. 7th night free. Monthly rates
discounted 30%. Special: Month of April $1,950 ($65 per night).
Month of May $2,325 ($75 per night).
