Welcome to the 5-star Windsor Palms Resort, a 24-hour guard gated community in the Disney area. Our fully equipped & family friendly villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms - two of them are master king bed suites with their own en-suite bath. There is space for up to 12 people in the house. It is perfect for 1 or 2 families to go together & enjoy. A fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area, large living room, TVs in every room, free Wi-Fi internet, free BBQ gas grill, private southwest facing pool (34x14) & spa with child security fence, covered lanai & is not overlooked. The villa was renovated & refurnished in March, 2011. We have new leather sofa set, king size bed, LCD HDTV, DVD, Hi-Fi shelf system, games room, bedding sets for all bedrooms, appliances & more. The resort's distinctive clubhouse features a huge community heated pool with a sun deck & hot tub. It includes children playground, fitness center, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, business center.

Free unlimited local & long distance calls in the US & Canada. 5. Windsor Palms Resort: This beautiful, gated & guarded Orlando vacation resort is just 3 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World. The Windsor Palms Orlando community offers access to a shuttle bus service that transports guests to Walt Disney World, SeaWorld & Universal Studios (local charge applies). We are also located next to Mystic Dunes Florida Golf & guests enjoy discounted fees. The Windsor Palms Resort's distinctive 7,500 sq. feet (2,300 sq. meter) clubhouse features a huge community heated pool with a sun deck & hot tub. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages, including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, beach volleyball court, lighted basketball & tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theater, arcade and billiards, Nintendo Wii suite, ping pong. Guests can also rent bikes from the bike shop, Tandem bikes, located in the clubhouse for a nominal fee. Movies in the theater are shown free of charge to guests.

Restaurants, Shopping : The clubhouse also features a comfortable lounge area, business center, Wi-Fi hot spot & a sundry shop serving Domino’s Pizza & Starbucks coffee. The resort is just one mile from the numerous well known eating and shopping venues. Some of the restaurants are: Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bruno Italian, Black Angus Steak House, Long Horn Steakhouse, Ponderosa Steak House, Cracker Barrel, Passage to India, Shoney’s and Olive Garden just to name a few. Number of supermarkets and drug store chains such as Winn-Dixie, Publix, Walgreen’s, Walmart and Target are also conveniently located within few minutes’ drive of Windsor Palms resort.

• * Optional pool & spa heat is $30/day or $200/week. It is recommended for October through March.
  * Cleaning fee ($110) is required for stays of less than 6 nights.
  * Booking/Security deposit is $250 plus $100 for each additional week.
  * Booking deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to stay.
  * We may offer discount rates for longer stays that may differ from the standard published rates.
