Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our holiday retreat on the prestigious community of Terra  
Verde - only a few minutes drive from Disney World and other major  
attractions!  Our villa is a Grand Lagoon (1549sq ft) & is well  
placed in a quiet cul-de-sac with home, pool and grounds  
professionally maintained for your enjoyment.  The resort also  
provides a stunning Club House (picture above) complete with  
concierge service to help with all your holiday needs for extra peace  
of mind. 
Ours has a large open-plan lounge/diner, fully  
equipped kitchen, 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms (2 en-suite), it is well  
furnished sleeping up to 10 people together with free use of travel  
cot.

Hi-Fi system; south facing pool (heated on request) with luxury  
poolside furniture; towels and linen provided; washer & dryer, BBQ,

The house is just minutes to golf courses, shopping, plenty of  
restaurants and gives easy access to all Orlando’s major attractions  
as it is ideally placed just off the bustling highway 192 (just 10  
minutes from Disney & 25 mins from Orlando International airport) 
 
We can offer the luxury and privacy of a gated resort lifestyle in a  
secluded setting to give you the perfect location for your family  
Disney vacation.   Just imagine… you could spend the morning at your  
favourite theme park, come back for a spot of lunch, a swim in the  
sun drenched pool and then venture back to Disney to watch the  
fireworks by night.
