The Sugar Shack is a near by grocery store to pick up all last minute necessities. Including Fishing Licenses.

Payment Methods: Cash or Cashiers Check
Full payment due at time of booking.

$500 refundable security deposit due upon booking. Security Deposit refunded if upon checkout there are no damages to home, all rules are followed, garbage is removed from the house and the garage and all linens, towels, bedding are washed and replaced.

Seasons:

Spring April - May $300 a night

Summer - June - September - $300 a night

Fall - October - November -$300 a night

Holiday weeks - Fourth of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day $2450 per week

$150 cleaning fee for summer bookings required when booking

Rent by the month from November to May only $3000 per month
