Resort living accommodations include the main house (Completely remodeled from the studs up in 2010) features skylights throughout, two large bedrooms, a private gallery hallway with indoor laundry, large open kitchen with a huge island that spills into the dining and living space and a separate casita.

The master suite is tastefully decorated with a large flat screen television and dvd player, is completely private with its own sumptuous master bathroom that includes a private door for entrance to or from the pool. City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $225, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

*Mid-stay Cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.
