Best of the Best -Regency Towers is located directly on the beach; you just go down the elevator, out the back door and you are by the pool and beach.  This condo is located on the top floor of Regency Towers with three sliding doors leading out from the family, dining and master bedroom with the largest private balcony at Regency Towers overlooking only sand and ocean.  Queen bed in master bedroom with private bath; queen bed  and two twin beds in guest room with private bath, queen sleeper sofa in family room.  Everything in this condo was completely remodeled in 2007 with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and furnishings.  Loaded with washer/dryer, wi-fi and any supplies you would need.  All linens provided.

Anything you would like you can find on the island or with just a short trip over into Pensacola.  Water sports, restaurants from fine dining to beach dives, shopping, bars and family acitivities can all be found here.  Pensacola Beach is a barrier island with bike trails that lead into the national seashore from just outside your front door at Regency Towers.

Weekly rentals only during peak season - week following Memorial Day through mid-August.  Monthly rentals accepted during January and February; March monthly rentals accepted if also booking Jan. and Feb.

2013 Rates

***3 night minimums required.  Weekly, Saturday to Saturday,  stays only during peak season.

$1200 weekly Dec. 31, 2012 - May 18 & Sept. 7 - Dec. 31, 2013 - total with cleaning taxes and reservation fees = $1505.25

$1600 weekly May 18th - Sept. 7th, 2013** - total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1951.25

**$1700 weekly June 29 - July 6th, July 6 - 13 and July 13 - 20th -   Total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $2062.75

$1500 monthly - Jan. and Feb., 2013

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
