This home has many amenities such as beautiful gas fireplace, hot tub, upscale appliances and fully stocked kitchen. A front load washer and dryer is in a roomy laundry room - great for minimum packing. Each bedroom has TV, ipod clock radio. Both family rooms have big screen tv's. Great stereo, dvd systems through out.

There is so much to do in Steamboat!
Winter: Skiing (obviously), cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoe, great restaurants, winter tubing, etc. There is a big binder on the coffee table with activities, names and numbers along with every restaurant and the menus.
Summer: Our favorite time of year! Hiking, biking, canoeing, golf, wine festivals, music, art fairs, hot air baloons, etc!
