The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar.Spacious dining area,family room, master suite and master bath. The guest house has two private bedrooms,One room has a set of twins, the other has a queen size bed, each with a private, full bath. The buildings are steps away from each other, separated by a nicely landscaped courtyard. Both buildings are encompassed by a privacy fence. Perfect setup.

The master bedroom connects to the master bath by a dressing area containing double sinks. The master bath has a bath and shower.

The livingroom has a sectional couch that has a queen size pull out bed.

The large deck on the back of the home faces the ocean, and can be accessed from the family room or the master bedroom.
