The Island Dream villa is located in the Enclave section in the magnificent Emerald Island Resort. The Enclave section consists of exclusively larger and premium Harbor series villas. The Island Dream with best and largest floor plan in Emerald Island has 3,200+ sq. ft. heated space and 3,740 sq.ft. living space. This spacious villa is a perfect place for multiple families, sleeping up to 16 people with lavishness, relaxation and comfort. It is the ultimate paradise for a Disney vacation or a get-away retreat. 

3 miles to Disney parks, 7 miles to the main gate of Magic Kingdom, 15 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studio. Shuttle bus services available from club house to Disney Theme Parks, Sea World and Universal Studios. Within a mile there are grocery stores, varieties of restaurants and Formosa Gardens Shopping Mall.

Bedrooms: The villa has 7 luxury bedrooms accommodating up to 16 people. There are 3 master suite bedrooms with one located downstairs. On the second floor, besides two master bedrooms, there are 2 regular bedrooms each with a Queen bed and 2 kids with a bunk bed or two twin beds. The two regular bedrooms form 2 pairs of Jack & Jill style suites with a two kids rooms, respectively.

Kitchen: Our villa has a large and well-equipped kitchen with an island, full-sized refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dish washer, breakfast table, coffee maker and cooking utensils. The bright and airy kitchen has everything you possibly need to make gourmet meals for your entire family/group or simple snacks for your kids.

Living areas: On the first floor there are a living room, family room, formal dining room, kitchen nook area and a game room. In addition, there are private pool/SPA and covered lanai.

Electronics and game equipment: In the Family room there are 55" home theater TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom has a TV set. The game room is equipped with pool table, air hockey,and foosball table.

Internet and Phone: The Island Dream provides free Wi-Fi Internet connection and phone service with free phone calls in the US and to Canada and free phone calls to UK.

• Low season: from $1300 / week
• Mid season: from1600 / week
• High season: from 1800 / week
• Holiday weeks: from $2100 / week

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount are specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

•  Rates from $1300 to $2800 per week plus tax (Rates subject to 13% tax)
• Preferred arrival and departure day is Saturday (Check-in at 4pm and check-out at 10am)
• There is a $300 security deposit
• Maximum number of guests - 16
• No smoking
• No pets
• Pool heat is recommended from October - April
