Beautiful Condo in Ocean Front Community with a lovely walkway to your private beach. Condo is first level, end unit for easy access with no stairs. Everything you need is either in the condo or just a short walk away! Although there is a laundry matt facility in the complex the unit comes with its own washer and dryer. Dishwasher as well! Cozy furnishings include large couch and loveseat. Queen bed in master bedroom and two twins in the second, plus lots of closet space and shelves. TVs in all rooms.
Head to the beach with included beach chairs, mats, toys and towels. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The Pier and Coconuts are just a few minutes away for live entertainment and surfing contests.
From the pristine beach you can watch the rocket launches from theKennedySpaceCenter.
The unit is located just minutes south of Ron Jon Surf Shop, the Pier and the bridge to the mainland. Disney World andOrlandoAirportare less than one hour drive. Port Canaveral just 10 minutes away.
Within the complex there is a large heated pool, clubhouse, bar-b-q grills, tennis courts, shuffle board, bocci, and putting green.
