Large dual-flat house and cottage on east side of Owasco Lake on 1.7 acres. Perfect for large family gatherings. The house and cottage have lots of parking and has lots of room for any trailers, boats and play toys you may bring.
The upper flat has 3 bedrooms (master:queen and twin bunks, 2nd bdr: queen, 3rd bdrm: full/full bunk), 2 full baths, kitchen/dining, area, living room and balcony.
The lower flat has 4 bedrooms ( master: cal king, 2nd bdr: queen, 3rd bedroom:queen and twin, 4th bdr: queen/queen bunk), 2 full baths, kitchen/dining area, living room (queen pullout), sitting area and large outdoor deck with grill, tables and chairs.
The cottage has two bedrooms (queen in each room), one bath, kitchen/dining area, living area (qeen pullout), lower rec room overlooking lake with foosball table, and two large upper and lower decks with table, chairs, and grill.

house rental amenities
The home is completely stocked with pots and pans for large gatherings. Linens are provided. The main house has AC while the cottage has fans to keep cool. There is a wide assortment of lawn games stored at the main house (horseshoes, bocce ball, volleyball, badmitten, and croquet).
By the cottage is a large firepit and tetherball. The lakefront includes a long alumimum dock with platform and ladder at the end. Both a pontoon lift and buoy attached to an engine block is available to secure any boats. Also includes rowboat, canoe, and swim platform with lifejackets.
