Vacation Rental Description

Brand new luxury home overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  This house has  
a complete panoramic view of the ocean with the 3 arch rocks of  
Oceanside beach to the northwest to Cape Lookout to the southwest.   
This vacation rental has 3 stories.   
 
The top floor is a complete master suite with a California king size  
bed in the middle of the room.  To the right is a 2 person jetted  
hot tub with a view of the ocean.  To the left is a sitting area  
with love seat and entertainment system, along with another view of  
the ocean.  The master bath has dual shower heads and double vanity  
sinks.   
 
The main floor has a full kitchen with hickory floors and cabinets,  
stainless steel fridge, stove, micowave oven, and dishwasher.  This  
floor also has a carpeted living room with bay window view, and a  
dining room wih hickory hard wood floors and a panaramic view of the  
ocean.  There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room with washer and  
dryer on this floor.   
 
The bottom floor has a game room/bar with surround sound  
entertainment system.  Aslo a 2nd bedroom with queen size  
bed.  There is a sitting room with tile floor to radiate the heat.   
There is a full bath as well.  The garage will fit 2 cars with room  
for 2 more cars in the driveway.  The ceiling are all 9 foot on all  
levels, with the master suite also being vaulted.   
 
Truly a wondeful place to rest and relax and enjoy the ocean air.   
Perfect for enjoying a wonderful sunny day or even the stormiest of  
days. 
 
We manage this beautiful home ourselves, not through a property  
management company.

and entertainment system.  Full kitchen with brand new quality  
appliances.  3 sided over sized deck with full panoramic view on the  
main floor.  Perfect for gathering, socializing and enjoying the  
ocean air and view.  Room for 4 vehicles, 2 in full garage, 2 in the  
driveway.  @ entertainment systems, one in master bedroom, one in  
downstairs.  A lot of a windows for wonderful viewing of the ocean.

Activities and Attractions

Beach combing along the sandy Oceanside beach.  Hiking along the  
trail of the Cape Mears light house.  Crabbing in Netarts bay.   
Fishing in  the many rivers and waters of Tillamook.  Visiting the  
famous Tillamook cheese factory.  Whale watching.  Sea lion and  
other nature watching including many varieties of birds.  Tillamook  
is known as the land of many waters.  You can hike and see many  
rivers, water falls, and of course the Pacific Ocean.  There are  
also other great hikes with spectacular views of the Coastal  
mountain range.

Vacation Rental Rates

From October 1 to April 30 the daily rates are 180.00/night  
220.00/weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) 1100.00/week. 
 
From May 1 to September 30 the daily rates are 200.00/night  
250.00/weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) 1350.00/week 
 
Holiday rates are the same as summer rates.
