Villa Ziranda has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a covered patio with a washer and dryer, a ground level terrace, and a balcony overlooking the Nichupte lagoon and the golf course.

The villa is fully furnished and can sleep up to 7 people. Every room has closets, air conditioning, fans and wireless Internet.

Upper floor description:

• Master bedroom with king-size bed, flat screen TV with cable, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private closet, full bathroom, an extra sink, wide balcony.
• Second bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, private closet, a desk and a full bathroom shared with the third bedroom.
• Third bedroom with queen-size bed, private closet and air conditioning.

Ground floor description:

• Fully equipped and air conditioned living and dining rooms with a 38 inch TV.
• Outside terrace with a grill, table and chairs.
• Fully equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a 23 cubic ft refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven, cutlery, dishes, a juicer, a toaster, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, and other cooking utensils.
• Fourth bedroom with a fold-out sofa, air conditioning and a closet.
• Full bathroom.
• Outdoor patio with clothes washer and dryer.
