Vacation Rental Description

  Dogs allowed up to 30 lbs. If you enjoy swimming,sunbathing, beachcombing,shopping, dining 
out, golf, fishing, visiting historic sites, or just sitting back 
and relaxing, our vacation condo and the Carolina Beach area are 
perfect for your next vacation......no matter what the season. Our 
clean, nicely furnished condo, with its many amenities, will help 
make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
  Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is a 1st floor end unit with
covered parking underneath.It is a NO SMOKING unit.We rent to 
families and responsible adults over 25. To view larger pictures, area

Vacation Rental Amenities

  The living room is ocean front. It has a  TV / VCR with a variety  
of videos, queen size sofa sleeper, and an oceanview.                
The master bedroom is also oceanfront. It has a queen bed,TV, 
private bath, and a sliding door that opens to the large deck.       
The second bedroom has a queen bed,a twin bed,and a private entrance 
to the main bath.The kitchen is fully equipped with a 
dishwasher,microwave, ice maker,coffee maker, blender, crock pot, 
etc.There is also a washer / dryer.Beach chairs, and other beach 
supplies for your use are kept in a closet below the condo.         -
 Our condo also has high-speed internet access - so bring your lap 
top. 

Activities and Attractions

Our condo is near the North Carolina Aquarium which is located at 
the south end of the island next to historic Fort Fisher. Daily 
programs include divers who swim with sharks and rays and a touching 
pond for the kids. Also located at the south end of the island is 
the Fort Fisher – Southport Ferry. It is a fun 30 minute trip across 
the Cape Fear River to quaint Southport. Just north of our condo is 
the marina with daily departures of fishing charters, sunset 
cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. A short drive takes you 
to the city of Wilmington. The historic riverfront area has brick 
streets, a beautiful river walk, many interesting shops, horse-drawn 
carriage rides, and fantastic restaurants. The Cape Fear Museum and 
the Railroad Museum are also located in the downtown area.
