Located near Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River this non-smoking RV is perfect for a weekend getaway or family outing. It has a gas range with oven, refrigerator / freezer, 2 AC and 40" HD Satellite TV. Kitchenware, linens & towels are provided. Enjoy morning coffee on your own spacious, private deck or just relax there in the evenings. Your own picnic table and charcoal grill are waiting. 100% paved roads and parking. This RV has 1 BR with Queen Bed & sofa sleeper in the family area. You will love the storage space: huge closet & lots of drawers. It is located in a quiet, friendly RV park. The Park has a Club House with full kitchen, TV area, game table and ping pong table. There is also an air -conditioned men's and women's bath house with restrooms and a Laundry facility on-site. We have a 2 night minimum stay.  Weekend stays (Friday and Saturday nights) $250.00. 

Stays for all periods include satellite TV, wireles internet.   All rentals also include electricity except monthly rentals where electricity is charged in addition to the monthly rent.   Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.    A $200 Damage / Reservation Guarantee Deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds: Failure to keep reservation (no-show) will be charged the entire deposit. If MANAGEMENT IS NOTIFIED 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, a $100.00 CANCELATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED if Management is able to re-rent it during that same period. There will be NO REFUNDS FOR HOLIDAY OR PEAK PERIOD CANCELATIONS.  Refunds are not given for ANY early departure.  All reservations are guaranteed reservations.  There will be no refunds for departing early due to weather, illness, emergencies, change of plans, or being asked to leave for failure to comply with rules and regulations.

The person reserving the unit must be at least 21 years of age and must occupy the unit.  The person reserving the unit is responsible for payment and any damages to the unit.
