The Villages is a world renowned VERY active senior community. One
renter must be 55 years old. There are 20 or so golf courses. 15
pools and numerous recreation centers with something going on all
the time. Two towns have numerous dinning and shopping
establishments and free entertainment every night. The community is
located approx. 1 hour from Disney and 1+ hours from either coast.
The entire community including shopping is accessible via golf car.

Every activity imaginable including Golf, tennis, 2 bowling alleys,
2 multiplex cinemas, fitness programs of all types. There are clubs
(300 or so) that have all types of activites and outings. The
list goes on and on. As a renter you will be entitled to all the
amenities of an owner. Fishing and boating enthusists will be amazed
at the amount and vastness of the Lakes within the area. A polo
stadium is located in the community and matches are usually played
on Sundays as scheduled.

Oct, Nov. & Dec 2009,         $1900.00 mth $500.00 per week
