Located on Beautiful Lake Worth where you can enjoy Boating, Skiing, Swimming, Sailing, Golfing and Fishing. Just minutes to Downtown Forth Worth, Fort Worth Stack Yards, Texas Motor Speedway, Will Rogers Center and twenty five minutes to Dallas Cowboys Stadium, Texas Ranger Ballpark, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Lone Star Park, and The Wax Museum. The Lake House is less than a mile from public boat ramps and less than ½ mile to public beach. It features 2 Bedrooms—one with a Queen Size Bed, one with bunk beds, and 1 full size fold out couch.

Area Amenities include a large public boat ramp, boat slips, and sailboat docks just steps away. Located on the West Fork of the Trinity River, entirely within the Fort Worth city limits the surface area of the lake is 3,489 acres and the maximum depth is 22 feet. White Crappie and Catfish are the most popular fishes in Lake Worth. Largemouth Bass and White Bass are also present. Largemouth bass can be found around rocky shoreline and boat houses. Crappie may be located near reed beds and brush piles under docks. White bass are easy prey when spawning up the river. Catfish are located throughout the reservoir. Blue catfish over 40 pounds are not uncommon.

• Must be 25 years or older to rent the home. $250 Security Deposit required to make reservation. $20 per night per pet. Rental rates and Cleaning fees must be paid in full within 30 days prior to check in. A valid credit card must accompany all reservations and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your reservation 30 days prior to check-in. Must have 30 day notice of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your payment.

• Provided that the rental has no damages after cleaning and inspection, deposit will be refunded in full.

• No smoking is allowed, if evidence of smoking is found, your credit card will be charged an additional $100 per night for length of stay. No wild parties or excessive noise, please.
