The condo has been professionally decorated and appointed to  
anticipate your every need while on vacation.  Ideally suited for  
your family vacation, everything you desire is right here ... pool,  
kiddie pool, fenced playground, hot tub, tennis, basketball, golf,  
fitness center, clubhouse, not to mention golf & waterviews  
everywhere. The beach is minutes away ... if you ever want to leave  
Bethany Bay!  
 
The bi-level floor plan is ideal for a shared family vacation.  The  
first floor consists of a master bedroom with king-size bed,and a  
second bedroom with daybed/trundle which can be put together to make  
another king.  Both bedrooms have a private bath and TV's.  Also on  
the first floor is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, living area with  
large TV(DVD/VCR), fireplace, screened porch and front deck. Views! 
 
Up the spiral staircase to the second level which hosts another  
master bedroom with queen size bed, and a second bedroom with two  
queens.  Both also with private bath and TVs. 
 
The Bethany Bay Resort is ideally suited for your family vacation.   
Slightly off the beaten track it is magnificently quiet and  
picturesque.  Nature abounds here. A short walk from the condo and  
you are at recreation area.  Something for everyone!   
 
Truly a "get away from it all retreat that is close to everything".   
We are minutes away from Bethany Beach with it boardwalk,  
restaurants and gift shops.  Rehoboth Beach tax-free outlets are 20  
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace, phone, air conditioning, 4 cable TV's (DVD/VCR), CD  
player, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fully stocked eat-in  
kitchen with breakfast bar, washer/dryer.  
 
Computer with high-speed internet and wireless router.  Storage shed available for your beach  
equipment, bikes,  
golf clubs,  
etc.   
 
No smoking, no pets.  Maximum occupancy of 10 (includes adults,  
children & infants).

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rental Rates: 
Jan. 1 - Mar. 28, 2008:  $950/week or $200/night (3 night minimum) 
Mar. 29 - June 13, 2008: $1,200/week or $200/night (3 night minimum) 
June 14 - Aug. 29, 2008: $1,650/week (weekly rentals only) 
Aug. 30 - Oct. 31, 2008: $1,400/week or $250/night 
Nov. 1 - Mar. 27, 2009:  $  950/week or $200/night (3 night minimum) 
 
Rental weeks are Saturday - Saturday. 50% due with booking; balance  
due 30 days prior to arrival.  No additional taxes or recreational  
fees. $200 refundable security deposit.  Family groups only and must  
be atleast 25 years of age to sign the lease.  Max. occupancy of 10.
