Rentals begin on the 1st of each month and end on the last day of the month

3 month minimum from October to March:

September-December:  $1,300 per month 

January-March:  $1,600 per month

April-May:  $1,300 per month

Discount for a 6 month stay

Additional fees include:  Security deposit of $500.00 and a one time cleaing fee of $100.00.
