This beautiful condo is in the intimate Villas Geminis Condo Hotel, a little gem in the heart of Tulum town, including a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by a lush tropical garden and only minutes from the most spectacular beaches of the Mayan Riviera.

Tulum is unique for its breathtaking long stretches of powdery white sand beaches and transparent turquoise water. The water is calm and shallow, to be safely enjoyed by the entire family.

Villas Geminis is a 5 minute drive to the beach, 10 minutes to the Mayan ruins and cenotes. It is so centrally located that you can walk everywhere to the supermarket, fresh produce and fish market, restaurants, shops, bank, internet, car rental, etc.

This luxury condo is simply and elegantly decorated with lovely details such as little river stones aligning the floors, wood encrusted in the downstairs floor and the sinks and counters cast of cream colored cement.

It is comprised of 2 levels, the downstairs has a completely equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a futon for additional guests, and a complete bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and air conditioning, and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and tropical garden. There is a luminous bathroom with a shower and double sinks.

The condo has its own patio and hammock in which one can relax and indulge in a nap being swayed by the Caribbean breeze. You can also take a refreshing swim in the pool and sunbathe on the lounge chairs. The swimming pool has a shalow end for small children to play in.
