Minimum Stay 5 days.-
$200 Reservation fee to hold the unit (will be applied towards total rental)
$100 Cleaning fee;
$500 Security Deposit (refund. upon departure).
Non-refundable Register fee $50.
Cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to arrival to obtain a refund of the reservation fee. Early departures cannot be refunded.
