Vacation Rental Description

     This 2 bedroom, one bath, second floor condo offers everything  
you'd expect from this Paradise State...and it sleeps six! Recently  
renovated, and decorated HGTV-style--it's ready to move into--or rent! 
Wake up each morning and enjoy a spectacular view from your unit  
while having your first cup of coffee.  Then walk  on the beach, pick  
up shells, swim in the surf, fish, or dip in the pristine community  
pool.   
     For the more active sports-minded there is windsurfing, boating,  
and surfing. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

     Newly carpeted and tiled throughout.  All furnishings,  
appliances and  accessories seen in photos go with unit. Bathroom has  
tub/shower and vanity with extra storage areas.  
     Mirrored-wall dining area adjacent to kitchen.  Full galley  
kitchen with mosaic tile countertops, Dishwasher, microwave,  
refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and  
utensils.   
    Central A/C, television sets in three rooms.  CD and DVD player.   
Sony stereo AM/FM radio with speakers.  
     Beautifully decorated open living room-dining room area. 
     Refreshment center includes complimentary bottle of wine, snacks  
and coffee bar. 
     Master bedroom has full-mirrored wall closet, queen bed,  
computer desk, and plenty of drawer/storage.  
     Second bedroom has queen bed and adult-sized bunk beds that can  
be converted to twins, television and  computer desk.  All bedcovers  
and linens included. 
 
    Unit amenities also include: Broadband access (road runner) and WiFi 
(wireless) service at no extra charge.  
 
     In our unit, you will also find collapsible beach chairs,  
unbrella, beach towels and 2 "boogie boards" for your personal  
ocean/beach enjoyment. Additional public lounge chairs, tables, and  
grill are available in the community pool area. 
 
     Laundry room with washer and dryer are on site.

Activities and Attractions

    Brand new on the market, this condo is only 20 minutes from  
Kennedy Space Center, the cruise port with its mega-ships, and  
several gambling ships.  Disney is one hour away, as is Sebastian  
State Park.  Melbourne International Airport is 20 minutes away-- 
Orlando International Airport is 50 minutes away.  Golf and sport  
fishing opportunities abound! 
 
     Shopping and entertainment amenities are located all within one  
mile of the unit.  Shopping malls both north and south of the unit  
include, Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Movie  
Theatre and others.  Restaurant and shops with take out and delivery  
are available in the immediate vicinity.  Beach bars, unique  
restaurants are within walking distance.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season (December - August)   $850    rental per week 
(Rental, taxes and cleaning fee averages only $144 per night for 2-6  
people!)   
 
Monthly rate all year $2,500.  
(Rental, taxes, and cleaning fee averages only $ per night for 2-6 people!) 
 
Family Rates during the summer "Disney Days" (June-August):  take $50 off the weekly rate and spend  
it on  
your children at Disney World!!                                      
                                      
Low Season      (Sept - November)    $650    rental per week 
(Rental, taxes and cleaning fee averages only $112.36 per night for 2-6  
people!) 
 
Weekend rates (when available): Friday noon through Sunday noon, $300 
                      
 
$200 refundable security deposit for weekend, weekly and monthly  
rentals. 
 
All stays will require a $65 non-refundable cleaning fee. 
Rates are subject to change.
