Enjoy comfortably furnished sun-porches to curl up with your favorite novel, or, gather at the fire pit for an evening of roasting marshmallows.  Only a short drive to scenic Ocean Point area or downtown Boothbay Harbor.  There is a 100' dock for guest use. Sit in the adirondack chairs on the dock or tie up your boat. Easy water access to launch your kayaks.
