Any week in December or January for $1300/week, plus tax and refundable security deposit!!! 
 
Located on Fort Myers Beach, at 5147 Estero Blvd., with a beautiful  
view of the Gulf of Mexico in the front, and a canal and boat dock  
out back.  Enjoy the privacy and luxury of this completely  
remodeled,newly furnished, air conditioned, ranch home.  Our home  
has two king sized and two queen sized beds, along with two full  
bathrooms and a private fenced back yard. 
 
During peak season we offer full concierge service, daily  
housekeeping and turn down service, upon request.  Our concierge  
will handle everything for you, from buying groceries, picking up  
theatre tickets, renting boats and Harley's, to arranging an in  
house massage.  We also offer special occasion items; such as fresh  
floral arrangements, fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, etc. 
 
Our home offers 2000 sq.ft. of living space, which includes the  
formal living room, dining room, family room, kitchen with every  
amenity imaginable, Nautlis gym, 9 in 1 game table, laundry  
facilities, as well as your own private heated pool and jacuzzi  
under a screened in lanai.  Enjoy fresh bananas and citrus fruits,  
when in season, from the backyard. While smoking is strickly  
prohibited in our home, you may feel free to smoke outside anywhere  
on our professionally landscaped tropical grounds.  While we love  
pets ourselves, we do not allow any type of pets to accompany you on  
your visit to our home. 
 
The master suite has a king sized bed, it's own TV, telephone,  
DVD/VCR player, dual alarm clock with CD player, triple slider patio  
doors with direct access to the heated pool and spa, and ensuite  
bath. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirros, weight  
scale, and a separate toilet and shower area. 
 
The second bedroom also has a king sized bed, TV and alarm clock  
with walk in closet.  While the third bedroom has a queen sized bed,  
alarm clock, walk in closet, and direct patio doors providing access  
to the pool and spa. 
 
Our family room, which opens to the pool area, can be used for  
relaxing, internet access, and enjoying the home theatre system.  It  
contains a leather love seat and leather sofa with a queen sized  
sleeper.  You'll also find a DVD player, 37" TV with home theatre  
and stereo system to allow you to listen to music inside and outside  
of the house.  We've also included many adult and children movies and 
books for your viewing and reading pleasure.  Free high speed cable  
internet service is provided for your use during your stay.  You  
just need to bring your laptop to connect. 
 
Keep in shape while on vacation with our home gym, or challenge a  
friend to a game of pool or air hockey on our 9 in 1 game table. 
 
The formal dining room seats 8 and opens to the lanai. There is also  
additional dining/seating on the screened in lanai for up to 10.   
Our living room is a great place for relaxing on our leather sofa or  
leather chair, while enjoying the afternoon sun and views of  
the Gulf of Mexico, through the floor to ceiling windows.  Or you  
can sit back and watch your favorite TV show and relax.  
 
Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the Gulf of Mexico. We've  
tried to provide you with everything you need to make your vacation  
a memorable one.  You'll find games for the kids, bikes to ride, a  
gas grill for BBQ's, beach chairs and toys, pool toys, coolers,  
beach towels, all your dishes and linens, starter soaps, toilet  
paper, paper towels and a whole lot more. 
 
Best of all we're located within walking distance to almost anything  
you may want to do or may need, and if you want to go further we're  
only one block from the Fort Myers Beach trolley stop.  Grocery  
shopping couldn't be more convenient with Publix Grocery store being  
only two blocks away. 
 
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, where you can  
swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand  
dollars. Charter boats, jet skis and parasailing rentals are within  
walking distance.  Take the trolley to town (less than 3 miles away)  
and visit "Times Square" where you can shop, eat at great  
restaurants, hitch a ride on the Casino Boat for some gambling,  
watch local live street performances, or catch some of the local  
artists at one of the many beach bars. 
 
Looking for something to do after the beach?  Within walking  
distance you can find a golf course, frisbee golf, library, movie  
theatre, water park, movie rental place and video arcade gallery.   
Further out you can enjoy museums, the Shell Factory, The  
Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, nature hikes, Lovers Key State  
Park, the Naples Zoo or an Everglades Airboat or Swamp Buggy  
adventure. 
 
We also have two other Fort Myers Beach Homes, for a total of three  
altogether. Two of our homes are located side by side with
