January 2006, this custom home is perfect for that quiet vacation on the beach or a week of  
entertaining guests. This beautiful home has 24’ ceilings in the entry and main living areas,  
porcelain tile throughout the entire house, granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, wet bar,  
gas fireplaces in both the living area and master bedroom, and spacious balconies. The kitchen is  
built for efficiency and ease of use. Whether it's hotdogs for the kids or a gourmet dinner for  
guests, this kitchen has all the tools and is ready for the most demanding cook. Meals can be served  
on the balcony adjacent to the kitchen while taking in the beautiful views of the beach.  
 
House is adjacent to Gulf Islands National Sea Shore, providing unrestricted easy access to 2 miles  
of uninhabited beach. Utility room has large sink with agitator for hand washables, oversize front  
loading washer and dryer, and extra refrigerator with ice maker. Master suite on third level has a  
gas fireplace and incredible views from private balcony. Master bath has double-head tiled shower,  
separate oversized tub, two vanities with vessel type sinks, and two walk-in closets with custom  
built-ins. Master has KS bed, two other rooms have QS beds, and 4th bedroom has bunk beds, plus two  
twin size roll-aways. All rooms have cable TV and wireless internet.

No Pets allowed. 
No Smoking allowed in any part of the house or garage. If residue of smoking is found in the house,  
the security deposit will be forfieted.
