loading washer and dryer, and extra refrigerator with ice maker. Master suite on third level has a
gas fireplace and incredible views from private balcony. Master bath has double-head tiled shower,
separate oversized tub, two vanities with vessel type sinks, and two walk-in closets with custom
built-ins. Master has KS bed, the three other rooms have QS beds, plus two
twin size roll-aways. All rooms have cable TV and wireless internet.

No Smoking allowed in any part of the house or garage. If residue of smoking is found in the house,
the security deposit will be forfieted.
