vacation rental description
3 bedroom house on the lake, drive right to, available for summer rentals. Sleeps 6-8 people. Fully furnished, including linens and towels. There is no installed telephone. The house does have basic cable installed and active. Includes large dock for fishing and boat launch. Very secluded and private, with great views. Plenty of parking. Located on Fingerlakes wine trail. Rentable for a week( or weekend)check-in is at 3PM on Saturday and check-out is at 11AM the following Saturday. Available beginning the first weekend in May and running through Labor Day weekend. Hurry, this will go fast for the big dates this summer. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the house thoroughly before leaving, as there is a charge for cleaning if this is not done. Pets are welcome.
Here are some specifics on rental rates for the summer months:
May – $1100 for the week
June – $1300 for the week
July/August – $1500 for the week.All rates plus a $500 refundable security deposit**
Graduation weekends (May 27 -June 3) – $1200
or parents weekend end of August
4th of July week (July 1 – July 8 ) – $1800

This private getaway has a large deck with table chairs and bbq grill ,a very large dock with enough room to park 3 boats around the outside, 255 feet of beach front with plenty of room to launch your boat. Once inside you'll see it has a large kitchen with a small wet bar; the water is excellent so need for bottles of water, a spacious living room with basic satellite tv, and large windows looking out at beautiful Cayuga Lake. Downstairs also includes two beds, a bath/shower, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs includes, 1 king size bed and one full size bed, with one 1/2 bathroom.

Located in a cove the fishing is great, with a small creek on premises for early spring smelt. Located right on one of Finger Lakes wine trails, minutes from the first winery. Nearby golfing, and Plenty of dining resteraunts. Or just relax on deck and BBQ with family and friends.
