Sue's Sail Shalet is located in Ventura County in Channel Islands
Harbor. Brand new in 2005, this upscale townhouse with nautical
theme throughout offers marina views (boats and water). Open multi-
level floor plan with soaring ceilings, living room with tall French
doors that lead to front patio with views, dinning area, family room
with T.V., two and a half bathrooms, and landry room with washer and
dryer. Master bedroom has a king size bed, large soaking Jacuzzi tub,
and balcony all with a marina view! The second bedroom has a queen
size bedroom, and the third has twin beds with T.V., DVD/video, and
stero. Lastly, a two car attached garage, gated pool, and outside
Jacuzzi.

The view! Tastefully decorated to compliment the marina view, this
new townhouse has everything, remote controlled fireplace, 2
TVs, satellite cable, WiFi, 2 stereos, 2 DVD players, washer and dryer, two car garage, two
balconies plus a patio with fountain. and a fully equipped kitchen.
Towels and liens are provided. The only thing missing is the food!
activities and attractions in Oxnard Central Coast
Sue's is in walking distance to Mandalay Beach and two parks. Also
close by is Fisherman's Warf, Ventura's Maritine Museum, shopping,
restaurants, Hollywood and Silver Strand Beaches.
Sailing, kayaking, biking, and fishing are just some of the
activities available nearby. There is a children's beach located in
the harbor, a swimming and surfing beach located south of the harbor,
and beach combing and surfing north of the harbor. Charter fishing
boats are available as well as Island Packers that can take you to
the Channel Islands or whale watching. SCUBA boats can be charted
from the Ventura Harbor located just 4 miles to the north. The
Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center is also located in the
Ventura Harbor. Bring your bikes!
