Beautiful schooners pass by against the backdrop of Maine's gorgeous islands.  Situated on 70 acres of beautiful property, home to local wildlife.   In a world of it's own, but minutes from shopping and restaurants-offering both casual and fine dining.

The tastefully decorated house has an upper level living room with cathedral ceiling, and walls of windows all with ocean views. The house also has a lower living room offering t.v, spectacular ocean views through it's many tremendous windows, double sliding doors leading to the deck.   Both rooms also have gas fireplaces and cozy seating.

Our deck has a large grill and dining set, plus additional rockers and settees. Sit, relax with a cup of coffee and watch the sun rise. The  ocean view is breath taking with the islands of Vinalhaven and North Haven across the horizon.

The property also boasts 8 ocean side cabins for rent, and a private beach within walking distance of the house.   Invite your family and friends to stay at Oakland Seashore Cabins, while you are renting the house...........make it a family vacation with your loved ones.

We have plenty of hiking, schooners that offer day sails, ferrys to the local islands and plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, pubs, theatre (including stage) along with many local attractions.  A moonlit walk along our beach is a must!

Autumn in Maine offers beautiful foliage and crisp, clean fall air'

For winter rentals, we are near local ski resort, skating, climbing walls. There's room for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and more!

January through April $1000 wkly(7 nights) or $2500 monthly

May/June $1500 wkly (7nights)

July/Aug/Sept $2000 wkly(7 nights)

monthly rate for May thru September is $3500

October's rate is $2500 monthly or $1200 wkly

November and December are $4000 monthly or $2500 wkly

Long term lease considered

non refundable $500 deposit with cancellation of reservation
