Vacation Rental Description

Fully furnished and equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse overlooking 
the 10th green and clubhouse fairway of the Eastpointe Golf & 
Racquet Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.  Golf course was 
designed by Tom Fazio.  Community is surrounded by other well known 
areas such as PGA National, Mirasol, Ballen Isles, Old Palm Club.  
Only 10 minutes to Juno Beach and 20 minutes to downtown Palm Beach 
including the International Airport.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet.  Cable TV.  
Second bedroom with two beds and full bath.  Washer/Dryer.  
Breakfast nook in kitchen.  Living/Dining room combination.  All 
utilities included with winter season rental.  Two swimming pools, 
jacuzzi, tennis, health club, restaurant, activities - all included 
with winter season rental.  

Just bring your golf clubs and clothes - everything else is here!!

Activities and Attractions

Play golf on the championship 18 hole Tom Fazio course, relax at one 
of the pools, have lunch and dinner in the restaurant, go to the 
beach, go to a show, go downtown, go boating, go to a nearby casino,

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan - Mar: $3950 per month includes utilities & golf membership!!!!
December & April: $2000 includes utilities
May - November: $1200 per month
