Beautiful waterfront property in delightful Dunedin overlooking Caladesi Island and Clearwater Beach. The unit is located on the 3rd floor with a private balcony and water view. This studio unit is fully furnished with a queen size bed, full size pull out couch and full sized kitchen table set. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, sink, dishes and utensils.  There is a "Jolly Trolly" for your transportation needs. It runs 7 days a week stopping at Beso Del Sol Resort and travels from Clearwater Beach through Dunedin, Palm Harbor and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. You can ride all day for $4.

Walk or ride to downtown Dunedin for shopping and dining. Property is located across the street from 47 mile long Pinellas Trail which extends from St. Petersburg to Tarpon Springs. The Jolly Trolly is also available for your transportation needs.  Short drives to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs (sponge docks). Approximately 50 minutes to Busch Gardens, 90 minutes to Orlando/Disney and 30 minutes to Tampa.
