This property includes main house with 2 master suites, kids/family
room with 4 beds, 2 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms with 3 beds/couches in
each, full kitchen/bar, 1800 sq ft roof top patio, all surrounding
large flagstone patio, pool and palapa. All this set in a
spectacular view setting away from the crowds and noise of town. You
can hear the howler monkeys in the jungle surrounding the property.
All this privacy only 200 yards from paved road. Most coastal
properties in San Juan are miles down a dirt road.
The sunsets are exquisite at this location and it is just a very
short access to any of the many fantastic beaches around this area.
Swimming snorkling and surfing are just a few of the many things to
do in San Juan Del Sul.

the kids surfing or to the canopy tour while you take in the
shopping and sights of Granada, the oldest colonial city in the
Americas (circa 1500). The nearby canopy tour in San Juan "The
Flying Frog" is one of the best we've ever tried and boasts three
lines over 400 meters long. You can see many animals such as sloths
and howler monkeys not to mention the adreniline rush of flying over
a 150 foot gorge! Surfing is a favorite activity as there are many
beaches that sport some of the best surfing in the world. If rest
and relaxation is where you're at then there are many waterfront
restaurant that you can kick back with a book in one hand and a
margarita in the other.
