The Haley House-At Baylor Stadium & In The Center of it All in Waco

This home was newly renovated in 2010. Centrally located off of Valley Mills drive, it's backyard contains flower gardens, a sitting area and a creek that separates it from the Baylor's, Floyd Casey Stadium.

Just down the block is Baylor's Track and Field complex. A large pecan tree graces the front yard in which Cardinals, Doves and other birds come to feed. Waco is known to be the home of Baylor University,  It is also the subject of the country song "Crossing the Brazo's at Waco".  The great thing is you can  experience crossing the historical  suspension bridge that still crosses the Brazo.

  Often in the downtown area there are concerts and festivals on the river's shore.  Though not a huge metropolis it has all the amenities of a big city, without the congestion.  

The Haley House resides in the middle of it all, with easy access to "downtown" as well as a straight shot to Baylor university in one direction and to all the great eating places and the other, both only minutes away. Yet it has a country feel with it's tree lined street, and greenery that abounds in this neighborhood.

When staying at The Haley House,   the home is exclusively yours.  It has a large fenced yard, safe for both children and pets  (with  "dog door"  access through the kitchen into the backyard it makes the furry member of your family as comfortable as you are)

Our rates: Winter/Spring/ Summer are $115.00-130.00 for weekdays and $130-150 for weekends.  All rates based on double occupancy

Our Peak Season Rates as well as Baylor Event Days are: 180 for week day and 200 for weekend days (based on double occupancy by not to exceed 200.00 for 6)

We require a credit card to hold the reservation as well as a signed lease agreement.

A Damage/Security deposit of $150 (+ 50.00 for each pet) is also required  but fully refundable if the conditions of the lease are met.

Damage insurance for a nonrefundable fee of $39 is also available in lieu of a security deposit

Tax Rate: 13%

Cleaning Fee: $75.00
