*Deposits
A refundable security deposit to hold property is required with 
signed rental agreement. Rates are as follows:one-week rental $300; 
two-week rental $500; three-week & monthly rental $1,000. Full 
payment (including $125 cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to rental 
start date. Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of 
signed 
rental agreement and deposit.
